Whether you’re working on new skills, refining technique, or simply looking for more time on the ice, Teen & Adult 2 Go Camp offers a supportive and engaging training experience designed specifically for older skaters.

The camp combines off-ice conditioning, on-ice instruction, and guided stretching to help skaters improve strength, balance, confidence, and overall skating performance in a fun and encouraging environment.

Fuel & Hydration

Icehouse Summer Camps are active and focused, and proper fuel helps skaters get the most out of each session. Campers should bring healthy snacks and a full water bottle each day. Balanced nutrition and hydration support focus, comfort, and energy throughout training.
