Where Positioning Meets Purpose.
This camp is designed to help players develop confidence and consistency in defensive situations by teaching them how to manage space and control play before it becomes dangerous. Players learn core defensive concepts such as gap control, angling, body positioning, and stick detail, all within structured drills that mirror real game situations. The focus is on understanding when and how to apply defensive skills, not just executing them in isolation.
Through competitive drills and controlled game scenarios, players are challenged to read plays, make smart decisions under pressure, and take away time and space effectively. Instruction emphasizes calm, composed defending that allows players to stay in control while competing with confidence. By the end of the week, players leave with a clearer understanding of defensive responsibilities and how to apply these concepts in live game play.
